Oregon's Real Estate Broker's License Exam Prep

If you have been studying for your Oregon Real Estate Broker's License and want to make the extra effort to assure you will pass the state exam, this is the perfect course for you. This "cram" course is the one incorporated into our Oregon real estate broker's license course and has proven extremely beneficial to all of our students over the years. This program is for students studying from courses other than ours. It was developed over many years as live instruction over a two day period just prior to candidates taking their final exams through the Oregon Real Estate Agency.

 

The greatest benefit can be derived by studying this program just prior to taking the Agency test. You should begin by taking the short quiz on the "Sixty Most Missed Questions". Then begin with tests from the seven books that you have been studying. There are two sets of tests for each book. The Feedback and Most Missed tests will provide an instantaneous response of correct or incorrect. The Practice and Final tests will only give you a score after completing the quiz. This information can be printed out after you have completed the test.

 

Only after passing both quizzes for all seven books and the "Most Missed" quiz will the program allow you to take the mock "final" exams. These finals consist of 150 National Exam questions and 50 Oregon State questions. The questions in these finals are from actual tests given in the past by the state of Oregon. If you complete these finals with a score of 82% or higher your on your way to passing the Agency final exams. $40.00 ($34 with discount)

Oregon Advanced Real Estate Practices

This course is required by the Oregon Real Estate Agency before your first license renewal.With this home study course, you can complete this requirement from your home, office or where ever your choose at your convenience. You avoid the risk of losing income and, as a bonus, you are also satisfying your 30-hour continuing education requirement for license renewal. Don’t wait until the last minute. You must complete the course before your first license renewal. If you fail to do so, you will be out of business until you can complete the course and renew your license! You will also be subject to late renewal fees.

You cannot conduct any real estate activity while your license is expired, even wrapping up transactions in closing is unlawful and would subject you to sanctions by the Real Estate Commissioner.
