Roots & Journey

Bryan grew up in Eugene, attended Marist High School, and then went on to Oregon State University. Over the past several years, he’s immersed himself in the evolving real estate scene in Lane County, earning respect as someone who both “knows the market” and truly cares about the community he serves.

His path in real estate has included roles spanning sales, listings, and brokerage leadership. Currently, as the Managing Principal Broker at Hybrid Real Estate, he plays a key role guiding clients, mentoring agents, and shaping how the firm gives back locally.

• Commitment to service — He and his spouse Kelly partnered with Looking Glass to turn a nine-unit building near the UO campus into supportive transitional housing for formerly unhoused youth.

Beyond Real Estate

Bryan’s passion for community extends far beyond the brokerage. He has volunteered for years as a youth basketball and soccer coach, mentoring kids and instilling teamwork, resilience, and confidence through sports.

An avid runner, Bryan is on his own journey of growth and discipline — currently training with the goal of completing a marathon in 2026. It’s a pursuit that mirrors how he approaches life and business: with dedication, endurance, and a focus on long-term success.
