HYBRID'S ALDER HOUSE

Hybrid Real Estate completed its largest community project to date with the purchase of Alder House. This nine-unit apartment complex was acquired with the sole purpose of providing safe housing for homeless youth ages 16–21, in partnership with our incredible community service partner, Looking Glass Community Services.

Emerald Valley Pickleball Foundation

Ann Keiran, chair of the Emerald Valley Pickleball Foundation's Auction Committee, is leading efforts to build a $6.9M Regional Pickleball Complex at Lane Community College. This facility will feature 24 courts, including two championship courts, will provide free courts for recreation play, and host programs for children, impaired adults, and seniors. Cornerstone Community Housing

Hybrid REALTORS have donated hundreds of Pajama's to children of need through Cornerstone Community Housing Annual Pajama Drive.

Hanna's House: Laura Winner

Laura Winner volunteers at Hanna’s House, a Northwest Teen Challenge recovery home for women. It is a one year addiction recovery program. They support them through volunteer dinners and providing for birthdays. Their goal is to just be a blessing and let them know how valued they are during addiction recovery. Their gift lists are quite humble, clothing, shoes, makeup and such. Laura can be found cooking, make cakes and providing gifts.

Ronald McDonald House: Liz Churchill

Liz volunteers at the local Ronald McDonald House by leading story hour and game nights and helping in the dining room during dinnertime a couple times a month. She also spread awareness in classrooms she subs in by creating Valentine's to fill the walls of the Heartfelt House in February, as well as raised money with the Eugene REALTORs YPN to donate directly to them.

Hybrid Real Estate Hygiene Drive

Hybrid REALTORs generously donated over 1,500 items to donate to Homeless and under privileged youth during an extreme time of need due to a donation shortage in Lane County.
