She was able to get us a great price on the property as well as get the necessary repairs completed so we did not inherit a mess. She explained everything in detail along the way, so we did not feel like we were in the dark in making decisions. Whenever a hurdle appeared, she already had a solution on how to get it taken care of. Additionally, her experience in the field was able to put is in contact with a good lender as well as others that will be useful in the future. I cannot recommend her enough to others for their real estate needs.
