Hybrid Real Estate strives to be a Green Company. Most Hybrid Agents work from home which allows them to control their work environment and work in the neighborhood they specialize in. Our agents are very collaborative and have a willingness to share, brainstorm and network. Our company message board and closed social media account is full of helpful referrals, advice and relevant articles agents openly share with one another. We offer virtual and face-to-face meetings every Tuesday where we discuss market conditions and give you actionable strategies and verbiage for better conversations and service for your clients.

Hybrid offers plenty of opportunities to get together with coworkers and retain a sense of company culture. With that said, Hybrid Agents are experienced agents and know what schedule works best for them. There are no time commitments, no mandatory meetings, and no interference. While Hybrid makes every effort to be as virtual as possible, the company does own a Brick and mortar office. We recently consolidated our customer care centers into one centralized Hub. Here Hybrid can offer executive office suites to agents and teams that require an external location. It also offers a modern collaborative networking space, multiple conference rooms, high speed fiber internet, all in an awesome, central location.
