Kelly is the Owner and Managing Broker of Hybrid Real Estate.

Kelly’s dedication and excellence in real estate, leadership, and community service have earned her numerous accolades, including the title of Eugene REALTOR of the Year in 2023 and recognition as one of Eugene's 20 Under 40. She was also named as a finalist for the Oregon REALTORS Good Neighbor Award and the National Association of REALTORS Technology Spotlight. Recently, she received the prestigious Community Leadership Award from the nonprofit Looking Glass.

Currently, Kelly serves on the Oregon State Real Estate Agency task force, as Treasurer of Eugene REALTORS, the immediate past chair of the Oregon REALTORS Professional Standards, and is in her 6^th year serving on NAR’s Broker Engagement Council.
