Hi, I’m Morgan Queener, a real estate broker proudly serving Eugene and the surrounding communities.

I’ve lived in the area since 2016 and it’s truly become home. Before real estate, I spent three years as an elementary school teacher, which shaped my approach today—patient, organized, and focused on helping people feel supported and confident.

My passion for real estate started early. Growing up, I helped my parents buy, renovate, and sell homes, giving me firsthand experience with how meaningful a home can be. Combined with my love for helping people, this led me naturally into real estate.

I believe buying or selling a home should feel empowering, not overwhelming. I take time to explain the process clearly, communicate honestly, and tailor each experience to my clients’ goals—whether you’re a first-time buyer, selling your home, or navigating a major life transition.

What sets me apart is my approachable, education-focused style and my commitment to being fully present for my clients every step of the way.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my dog, enjoying family and friends, and exploring everything the Willamette Valley has to offer.
