Hello, and let me start by saying thank you for visiting my bio. I have always enjoyed buying and renovating homes as well as developing land (I bought my first property when I was 14!). That being said, I was a residential/light commercial builder most of my life. I went back to school and earned an environmental studies degree from the University of Oregon where my focus was sustainable design and policy. This puts me in a position where I am uniquely skilled as a realtor. Combining my education with my background in building, I can evaluate properties and give a solid recommendation on any type of real estate you may be interested in. And, my favorite part of being a realtor is working one on one with clients so I will personally work with you through every stage of a purchase or sale.
